Kohnjoy Inn is the most comfortable and private of all lodging options at Lutheridge. With a sleeping capacity of 32, Kohnjoy has sixteen individual rooms with private bathrooms. Fourteen of the sixteen rooms feature two double beds while the remaining two rooms have a double and a single bed to accommodate for a handicap accessible bathroom. Each room is also equipped with its own heating and air conditioning unit. Linens are provided. Rocking chairs are situated on the deck for quiet time.
Kohnjoy Inn also has two small meeting or reception areas, both heated and air-conditioned. 
The Lounge is on the upper level is equipped with a mini-refrigerator, sink, wood-burning fireplace, and upholstered furniture. It is great for a small, casual meeting or reception for 10-15 people. The Conference room is on the lower level, equipped with a whiteboard, keyboard, and wood-burning fireplace. This room is fully carpeted with the ability to hold up to 35 in theater seating and 20 in classroom seating.
