Cancellation Policy for a LLMI Program

If I should have to cancel my or a family member's registration, is the deposit refundable?

  • Any deposits paid for a program is non-refundable, non-transferable. All cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing by fax, mail, or email.

If I need to cancel my or a family member's registration and I have paid in full, what portion of the fee is refundable?

  • For programs four or more nights, if you cancel at least four weeks prior to arrival, you may request a full refund minus the deposit. If you cancel with less than four weeks, but more than 72 hours notice - you may request 50% of the full fee minus the deposit. No refunds will be given with less that 72 hours notice.
  • For programs three nights or less, if you cancel at least four weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the full fee may be requested. If you cancel with less than four weeks, but more than 72 hours notice - 25% of the full fee may be requested. No refunds will be given with less that 72 hours notice.
