Two Campfirmation Retreats the same weekend. Campers in both retreats will enjoy games, songs, crafts and other camp activities. The two groups will come together for Saturday campfire and Sunday worship. Lutheridge counselors provide leadership and stay with campers and help confirmation “get real and come alive for teens.”  Cost per camper includes lodging, meals & snacks, counselor supervision and other program costs.

SEPTEMBER 26-28 , 2008 (Friday-Sunday)

• LORD'S PRAYER for younger middle school youth (5th-7th grade) staying in Whisnant Village $117. Youth will pray each part of the Lord's Prayer in fun, creative ways that engage the brain and heart.
• APOSTLE'S CREED for older middle school youth (7th-9th grade) staying in Lakeside Village $135. Learn the importance of saying "I believe" and meet each person of the Trinity in new ways.

NOVEMBER 7-9, 2008 (Friday-Sunday)

• CHRISTIAN VALUES for middle school youth staying in Whisnant Village $117. What does the world value and what does Jesus value? Now -- Let's talk about OUR values!
• CHRISTIAN ETHICS for high school youth staying in Lakeside Village $135. Older youth learn the "decision dance" and practice applying Christian Ethics to hot topics in the news.

FEBRUARY 27-MARCH 1, 2009 (Friday-Sunday)

• HOLY BAPTISM for younger middle school youth (5th-7th grade) staying in Whisnant Village $117. Youth experience baptism as the sacrament of belonging. We are God's forever!
• HOLY COMMUNION for older middle school youth (7th-9th grade) staying in Lakeside Village $135. Communion takes on a deeper meaning as the meal of forgiveness, nourishment, and community.

APRIL 24-26, 2009 (Friday-Sunday)

• TEN COMMANDMENTS for younger middle school youth (5th-7th grade) staying in Whisnant Village $117. Youth LEARN the Ten Commandments using pictures and stories that make their meaning relevant RIGHT NOW in an adolescent's life.
• LUTHER & REFORMATION for older middle school youth (7th-9th grade) staying in Lakeside Village $135.  Luther’s life inspires youth to continue the reforming tradition by keeping faith alive today!

ADULT LEADERS are welcome and encouraged to participate! Limited housing has been reserved for adult participants registering as full participants in the retreat (staying in adult housing/eating all meals, and participating in ALL program sessions) at the cost of $65 per person. Each adult must choose one retreat for the weekend. Adults who drop off campers and wish to stay on camp (but not participate in the program) may arrange housing and meals (if space is available) at regular rates by emailing scoleman@llmi.org.

Housing for adults on site is limited. Register early to ensure this option. If on-site housing is not available, leaders may still participant by paying a $25 per person day rate - which includes all meals and program costs. We will be happy to give you information about nearby hotels where you may make your own reservations using our name to receive a discounted fee.
